Executive Officer's Message
The Parade of Homes showcases some of the best new homes in Lethbridge. It is a great opportunity to check out Lethbridge’s newest communities, the latest in interior design, innovate features, and unique touches that each homebuilder brings to their show homes.
Planning and creating these remarkable homes, showcased for thousands of visitors, took a tremendous team effort by the four participating BILD Lethbridge’s builders. This year’s Parade offers 13 show homes spanning 7 neighbourhoods.
Thank you and “well done!” to the homebuilders, suppliers, designers, landscapers, trades and sub-contractors for their significant work in bringing us a parade that offers variety, quality, and amazing spaces for Lethbridge citizens to live and raise families.

President’s Message
This year as you tour the high level of innovative style and design that goes into the homes on display in the Parade of Homes also take the time to look at the work that goes into planning and building the communities they are in. Does it have the features you are looking for? How many amenities are close by and which ones are important to you? Does it have a playground, school or walking trails? Can you picture having plenty of BBQ’s in your newly landscaped backyard?
Our BILD Lethbridge members are eager to show you what they’ve put into the neighbourhood in order to create amazing spaces for people to raise their families and fulfill their dreams.
We know these are challenging times and we want to assure you that your BILD Lethbridge Association is working hard not just for our members but for the buying public. Affordability is one of our key guiding principles. We are advocating to keep the dream of buying a home a reality, especially for buyers struggling to meet new qualification rules that put buying a home out of reach.
This event is one that our Association looks forward to every year. We hope that you are pleased with what you see as you visit the homes located in the various neighbourhoods in our great city.
