It’s an exciting time to celebrate the 2026 Parade of Homes!
There is something special about opening the doors to a new home and imagining what life could look like inside. A kitchen where family dinners happen, a backyard where summer evenings are spent, a space designed to grow and change with the people who call it home.
It’s what makes the Parade of Homes such a great community event.
This year, I am especially excited to welcome you to my first Parade of Homes as CEO of BILD Lethbridge Region. Across 15 homes in six communities, our builders are showcasing not only the latest in home design, features and innovation, but the thought and craftsmanship that go into creating places where people can live, work and build their futures.
Behind every home is a tremendous team. Builders, designers, suppliers, tradespeople, landscapers and countless other professionals have worked together to bring these homes to life. Their expertise, creativity and commitment to their craft are what make this event possible.
As you tour this year’s Parade, I encourage you to look beyond the finishes and features and take in the bigger picture. Explore the communities, notice the details, ask questions and let yourself be inspired. Whether you are dreaming about your next home, gathering ideas for a future project, or simply curious about what is being built in our region, there is something here for you.
Most importantly, I hope you enjoy experiencing the incredible work of our local building industry and seeing the many ways our members are helping shape the future of our communities.

Message from the President
Welcome to the 2026 Parade of Homes!
Every year, the Parade gives us an opportunity to showcase the incredible homes being built throughout our region. But when you visit these 15 homes across six communities, I hope you will see more than beautiful spaces and innovative designs.
You will see the work of an entire industry. From the builders and architects to the electricians, plumbers, framers, landscapers, designers, suppliers and skilled tradespeople, it takes an enormous team to bring a home from an idea to a place where a family can build its future.
You will also see the communities taking shape around those homes—places designed for families, connection, recreation, and everyday life. The decisions being made today about how we build our homes and communities will help shape our region for years to come.
At BILD Lethbridge Region, we are proud to represent the people and businesses who contribute to that work every day. We know that building a home is one of the biggest investments a person or family will make, and we believe people deserve the opportunity to find a home and community that works for them. That is why we continue to advocate for a strong, vibrant housing market and for policies that support housing choice, affordability and responsible community growth.
